the newyorker (for me)
marie claire (for alex, her choice)
pc gamer (for the boys, their choice)
wired (for me and joe)
the friend, new era and ensign (because my mother wants me to have mormon church propoganda in my home at all times. i don't even open them from the plastic sleeve.)

I still remember an article about Rwanda that I read in the New Yorker about 10 years ago. Chilled me to the bone. I subscribed for years until I realized I just couldn't keep up. I loved it -- but why can't they publish LESS frequently? Nothing would make me feel like more of a goob than the pile of unread New Yorkers on the desk.
If you would like to add to your subscriptions, I would love to send one your way. Shorter pieces, great photography, and something to break your heart and make you want to fly in each issue.
